FAQ - Frequently Asked Questions:

What Happens if I get Stuck?
The way that the course is designed, is that it shows you STEP-BY-STEP what to do. Each lecture carefully shows you what button to press, what to type etc. The best solution to getting stuck is to REVIEW the lecture, and re-watch it, as you have likely missed a step in the process. If you get stuck in the course, there is no ACTIVE 1 on 1 support. You are paying for the course, and not for 1 on 1 support. My time as an instructor is limited, I cannot offer 1 on 1 support with each student.

Do I need prior Experience or Knowledge?

This course is an intermediate course and it is recommended that you take my FREE beginner courses before starting this course. You can find the free Unreal Engine 5 Beginner Courses on my YouTube Channel. I will not be showing how to download or install Unreal Engine, and I will assume you have basic knowledge of how to use the Unreal Editor, as well as using Blueprints.

Are subtitles included for each lecture?

Yes, all lectures include English Subtitles and closed captions. Current languages supported are: Turkish (Türkçe), Thai (ไทย), Vietnamese (Tiếng việt), Indonesian (Bahasa indonesia), Romanian (Română), Portuguese (Português - Brazil), German (Deutsch), French (Français), English, Spanish (Español), Hungarian (Magyar), Russian (Русский), Korean (한국어), Arabic (العربية), Japanese (日本語), Chinese Simplified (中文, 简体), Italian (Italiano), Hindi (हिन्दी)

What is your Refund Policy?

Teachable Refund Policy is no longer than 15 days after Purchase. You must reach out to teachable support to request a refund no longer than 15 days, no exceptions.

Can I sell the game I create in the Course?
You can sell the game you create in the course, however I would recommend creating your own separate game, designed with unique assets and gameplay elements to avoid having multiple copies of the same game for sale. You cannot sell the course project files, nor distribute the course project.

Is the Course Complete?
Currently the course is in Early Access, which means that lectures are being recorded and added to the course on a regular basis. The course will be complete when all 20 chapters of content are added or as otherwise specified by the instructor.

Will you add Additional Content?

Additional content will not be added to the course unless specified otherwise by the instructor. The purpose of this course is for learning and for the student to get to a point where they are comfortable enough to add additional features to their game on their own.

Can I download Lectures for Offline Viewing?

No. Currently I don't support downloading of lectures as it is a huge concern for piracy. You will have lifetime access to this course and the lectures, as long as you have an internet connection.

What do I do if I encounter a bug?
Bugs are common in game development. Please note the game we make in this course is not a "perfect bug-free" game. You will encounter bugs throughout this course, and throughout your journey as a game developer. That is the nature of game development. In this course we focus on debugging and figuring out creative solutions to bugs. Students are encouraged to create and share solutions to various bugs they may encounter.

Will I get access to the Full Completed Project?
You are purchasing this course and the lectures to create the Multiplayer Survival Game from scratch. The Complete Project source is not included in this purchase and will be sold separately at a later time.
